Founded in 2025, Bangladesh Catan Community (BCC) began with a simple dream - to bring together Catan lovers from across the country and build a thriving community around one of the world's most iconic board games.

The journey started when a group of friends along with the encouragement of the 2022 Catan World Champion, Hamish Dean, decided to turn a shared hobby into a national movement.

Since then, BCC has been actively working to make Catan a recongnized and celebrated game in Bangladesh. BCC hosted its first Base Catan Tournament on the 4th of April 2025 followed by a friendly Cities and Kngihts tournament on June.

Building on that momentum, BCC has launched Bangladesh's first official Catan Season League on the 15th of September, where 24 players have registered to compete over four exciting months for the title of Season Champion.

Our mission is simple: to grow, connect, and celebrate Catan players across Bangladesh. Whether you are a beginner discovering the world of Catan or a seasoned strategist aiming for the top, we welcome you to be a part of our journey - and help us roll the dice toward something truly special.
